The On My Way notification allows inspectors to notify the citizen that they are on their way to their inspection and provide an estimated time of arrival.

This feature requires the MAGNET Mobile Inspection Application to have an active internet connection.
The “On My Way” notification allows for an inspector to let the contacts on a case know when they are heading to the citizens location.
A Text or Email will be sent to all contacts or contractors on a case that have either a valid email address or cell phone number. If text messaging is available the user will receive a text, otherwise they will receive an email.
