While many features are available at no cost as part of standard upgrades, other features due to third party costs, special integrations or high levels of configuration, may incur a separate implementation cost.

Please consult your friendly MAGNET Support Expert to request assistance with a feature or for new features to be enabled.

MAGNET Backoffice

The MAGNET Backoffice is the core of the MAGNET Software Suite. All data is stored and managed in the backoffice, while connecting external applications, such as the MAGNET Self Service Portal and the MAGNET Mobile Inspector together.

MAGNET Mobile Inspector

The MAGNET Mobile iPad™ application will significantly improve the efficiency of your field staff and operations.

With the MAGNET Mobile application, staff will be fully operable anytime, and from anywhere. They can operate in real-time and in the same system as your in-house staff. No laptop, PC tablet, or any other cumbersome device is required. The purpose-built magnet application gives field users direct access to the information they need and streamline their ability to perform inspections and other field activities.

MAGNET Self Service Portal

The MAGNET Self-Service Portal fully integrates with the MAGNET back office to allow your citizens to easily look up and apply for services offered through the MAGNET software.
