MAGNET Backoffice Notifications

This section describes the available notifications that can be sent or initiated from the MAGNET Application.

 

Inspection Result Notification

The inspection result notification allows for staff to easily notify clients of the results or their inspection once it has been completed.

Web Accepted Notification

The Web Accepted Notification feature allows for a simple way to notify clients that an application that was submitted on the MAGNET Self Service Portal has been accepted.

Payment Notification

The Payment Notification Feature allows for the municipality to easily send an email notification to request payment for any outstanding fees and provide a link to pay the fees online.
