User Dashboard

Overview

The MAGNET User Dashboard is available on the home screen of MAGNET and allows users to easily view upcoming cases and assignments.

The dashboard currently has three pre-configured “widgets” which are shown for all users when the dashboard is enabled. These “widgets” provide details about upcoming tasks or cases that you may be assigned to and will explained further below.

Widgets

The dashboard items are referred to as “widgets”. Each widget supports different functionality, which when combined together on the dashboard provide you with an overall view of important information relating to you in the system.

To Do

The To Do widget displays any Process Steps that have been assigned to you.

Additionally, manual To Do items can be added to the list to help you keep upcoming items(including those not part of MAGNET) together.

Assigned Cases

The Assigned Cases widget displays any case that you have been selected as the “Assigned To” user

Unassigned Plan Reviews

The Unassigned Plan Review widget displays a list of any plan reviews that have yet to be assigned to a user or started and you are listed as an available reviewer on the case.
