Case Linking allows for the creating of relationship between one or more cases. The available cases that can be linked will be configured by CSI to only allow the appropriate cases to display when searching for a related case. Case linking allows for the viewing of related active cases, for example allows for tracking of landlords linked to rentals, technicians linked to massage parlors, etc.
