Current Resident
The Current Resident option is a special contact type that allows for the generation of labels for all selected cases or parcels, even when the selected contact type does not exist. In situation where a selected contact type is not available, the mailing label will be generated using the parcel address and the name of CURRENT RESIDENT.
Additionally, when this option is selected, if a contact type does exist, but does not have a name listed for the contact, the mailing label will use CURRENT RESIDENT as the contacts name.
Multiple Contact Types with same information
If multiple contact types are selected, that have the exact same information(Company Name, Name, Address), then only one label will be printed, regardless of how many matching contacts exist on the cases.
