This feature prohibits the number of inspections that can be created on a certain day depending on the number of stops

A stop is a different address.

ExampleYou can have 10 stops for the day. This will allow 10 different addresses to have inspections scheduled for it. Each one of those addresses(stops) can have multiple inspections scheduled for it.

Managing Limits

Limits can be a one time event or an event that repeats (weekly, monthly, etc).

To configure limits, you must have access to the administration panel.

The Inspection Management module, if enabled on your Admin Panel, will be shown on the Admin Panel home screen.

After selecting the “Inspection Management” option, choose the option to manage “Work Limits”

This will display the current months calendar.

To go to a future month, click on the right pointing arrow ">" on the top left of the calendar.

Add Work Limit

To add limits to the selected month, simply click on the “Add” button for the date that you would like to add a limit for. This will display the “Add Entry” dialog.

In this dialog, you can select the type as well as the "Date Type" (the recurrence of the event). The available Date Types are:

  • single

    • This limit should only happen once

  • weekly

    • This limit will occur every week on this day

  • monthly

    • This limit will occur once per month on this day

  • yearly

    • This limit will occur once per year on this day

Click "Save" when complete

The calendar will update to show your "Work Limit"

Edit Work Limits

To edit or remove an existing item or series, click on the item to update or any one of the items in a series.

This will display the "Edit" dialog

Click “Delete” to remove the item or series.

If the item you are deleting is part of a recurring event, deleting any one of the items in that event will delete the entire series of that event.
