Explain how to stop recurrenceTo create a recurring inspection, first add an inspection to the inspection tab of the case.

On the inspection under the Schedule Inspection tab, you should see a Recurrence Interval section which will allow the user to select the recurrence pattern.

The first box will allow the user to select the interval with the following options being available.

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Yearly

The second box will allow the user to select how often this interval should occur. For example, if weekly is entered in the first box and 2 is entered in the second box, the inspection will recur every two weeks.

Once the user has set the interval, they can move forward with scheduling the inspection.

A new inspection should populate every time the current inspection is completed, and the new inspection will be scheduled for the date the interval was set to.

After the first inspection is completed there will be a new tab labeled Recurrence History which provides the dates of each recurrence on the inspection.

Editing inspection recurrence

To edit an existing recurrence, navigate to the Edit Info tab of the inspection. Once on the Edit Info tab you can change the recurrence pattern or disable it.

Once you have modified the recurrence intervals, click the save button and the new recurrence will be set.

To stop a recurrence, simply set the interval to the disabled option.
