The first element of a Plan Review is step are the “Reviewers” that should review this case. Depending on your configuration, the step will be added with the default configured review departments.

To change or add reviewers on the Plan Review step, click on the “Assign Reviewers” button as highlighted above.
After clicking this button, you will be presented with a list of all possible departments that can be assigned to this Plan Review step.
