After all departments have completed their review, or the reviews are cancelled canceled due to a “Veto”, the overall Plan Review can be finalized. This is done by clicking the “Finalize Submission” button on the Plan Review. After doing this, the date of the review completion will be logged, and the review will be closed and ready for final decision.
