To add comments relating to the Signoff stepProcess Step, click on the “Add Notes” button.

This will bring up a field allowing the adding of any needed notes to the step.

After entering the note, click on the save icon to add the note to the SignoffProcess Step.

The Signoff Process Step will then update to add the note.
