You are also able to attach images to comments to help identify issues recorded to the citizen. This can be done while adding the comment or afterwardsafterward.
To add an image while adding initially adding the comment, simply use the “Add and Attach” button to allow for the selection of an image. If a comment has already been added and you need to attach an image to it, simply use the “Add New” button on the corresponding comment.
