The inspection supports an unlimited number of comments. Any issues identified during the inspection should be entered as separate comments.

This will record the result and update the inspection accordingly. Additionally, the inspection on the inspections tab screen will update to reflect completion of the inspection and the status selected. This inspection was Failed
Inspection Result Notification
After completing the inspection you are now able to generate the inspection comment report to send to the client.
After selecting the completed inspection from the Inspection tab, you will now see the option to “Print Summary Report” and “Send Notification” in the bottom right

Print Summary Report
This option will generate the inspection summary report and allow for the printing or mailing of the letter
Send Notification
This option allows for the direct emailing of the inspection summary report to any contacts that have an email address on the case
The inspection summary letter will include all comments made on the inspection as well as any pictures attached to those comments
