If multiple contact types are selected, that have the exact same information(Company Name, Name, Address), then only one label will be printed, regardless of how many matching contacts exist on the cases.

Differences

The Mailing Label generation is primarily accessed from the Mapping module or from a Data Grid within a section(Such as Building) in MAGNET.

From the Map

When generating mailing labels from the map, the product will gather all available contacts that are within the selected parcels. So, if a single parcel is selected that contains units for example; the contacts for the main parcel as well as the units within the parcel would be included in the export.

Data Grid

When generating mailing labels from a Data Grid, the contacts will be limited to the specific cases filtered in the Data Grid.
