Feature Description

The time tracking feature allows for users to log time on cases, either to a specific item(process, steps, inspections, etc) or to other configured time tracking types. This can be used for general use or be associated with hourly fee amount.

Adding Time

If the object is configured for time tracking a “Track Time“ tab will display on the object. Select “Track Time“ button as seen below.

Time tracking is not enabled by default and needs to be configured upon request.

When adding time to a object the system will pre-populate the General and Activity information.
