SMS (Short Message Service) or more commonly called “Text Messaging” allows for notifications to be sent using texts, rather than emails.
SMS Messaging is handled through a third party provider. There is a cost based on the number of message segments sent, which is billed based on terms of the contract(Monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).
