The MAGNET Meeting Manager allows tracking of upcoming meetings, whether one time, weekly, monthly, etc. as well as cases assigned to the upcoming meetings. |
Meeting Manager makes it easy to see what meetings are upcoming, what cases(if any) are part of the meetings, as well as allowing the generation of Word based meeting agendas that can easily be edited as needed prior to distribution. Additionally any cases added to the agenda can also have notes added for the cases agenda that will be exported on the agenda document.

Managing Meetings
The Meeting Manager Module is accessed from the “MORE” menu in the navigation menu, by selecting the option labeled “MEETINGS”.

Generating Meeting Agendas
From the Meeting Manager Module, select the meeting that you would like to generate the agenda for.

This will bring up the meeting details dialog an show the details of the meeting as well as any cases that have been related to that meeting.

To generate an agenda for this meeting, click on the “Generate Agenda” button.
